Our renovations vary from small to complete bathroom renovations including ensuites, toilets and showers. Bathroom renovation price in Brisbane may vary significantly based on certain factors like the current condition of your bathroom, property access and whether your bathroom or house will require structural work. What kind of tiles, flooring, tapware you choose, and the size of your bathroom, of course. It really depends on each project, though. Are all materials ready on-site, or do we have to wait for delivery? Waiting on imported tiles or bathtub to arrive, for example, can delay your project. I can provide you with a very accurate time estimate to complete your new bathroom during the free on-site quotation.
Flooring materials: These may include floor tiles, stone, vinyl or linoleum Wall finishes: These may include wall tiles, special water-resistant paint, or stone tiles. Vanity: This may be a freestanding vanity (floating) or a built-in cabinet, and can be made of a variety of materials such as wood or composite materials. Mirror: This may be a basic mirror that you'll see in most bathrooms or a medicine cabinet mirror (This is a type of mirror that's typically built into a medicine cabinet or vanity). You can also opt for frame-less mirror or magnifing mirror (mirror that magnifies your face for detail grooming). Toilet suites: There are a variety of toilet suites available, including standard, low-flow, bidet and more. Shower: This may be a standalone unit with shower screen or a combination with a bathtub. Shower screens can be fully framed, semi-framed, and completely frame-less. Bathtub: This may be a freestanding bathtub or a built-in, and can be made of a variety of materials such as acrylic, fiberglass, or cast iron or even stone. The price of the bathtub can vary significantly. Some marble bathtubs cost around $13,000 and cheap acrylic bathtub can be as low as just $399. Tapware and fixtures: These may include sink taps, showerheads, and other fixtures such as towel bars, soap dispensers and so on. Lighting: This may include overhead lighting, vanity LED lighting (looks really good especially on floating double vanities, accent lighting and so on. Ventilation: This may include a ceiling exhaust fan or a window-mounted exhaust fan. Accessories: Can include items such as shower curtains, towel rails, storage solutions, etc.
