The transformation
The same essentials, resolved with less visual weight
The original bathroom used a pedestal basin, enclosed storage, patterned floor tile, dark wall panelling and a shower curtain over the bath. In a compact room, those strong contrasts made each fitting compete for attention.
The completed design keeps the bath and window position but rebuilds the surrounding surfaces in one light palette. A curved glass screen, concealed bath controls and wall-hung basin create a cleaner floor line and make the room feel easier to move through.

A curved bath and frameless glass screen replace the tiled apron and curtain, while a long recessed niche and dual shower fittings organise the wet area.

The existing shuttered window remains part of the room, now surrounded by white tile and clear glass instead of dark panelling and multiple contrasting finishes.
